As a faith-based facility WMSCI is committed to care for the whole person. We recognize the joys and challenges of this unique stage of life, and desire to offer companionship, and support to the entire individual as well as encourage the building of a supportive community.


Spiritual Care services are offered to Residents of any faith background as well as those who do not identify with a specific faith tradition. We recognize the dignity of each resident, as Godís creations we have innate value and are valued by God. We seek to reflect our belief that whatever happens in a personís life, they are not alone.


Worship Services:
Interdenominational services are held weekly at both the Manor and the Terrace. They are provided by our supporting churches as well as other interested groups.

Catholic Mass is celebrated weekly at the Manor and bi-weekly at the Terrace.

Anglican Worship Service takes place monthly at Lindenwood Manor.

Special services include 'Living In Memory' a yearly Memorial service, as well as a Remembrance Day service.

Hymn Sing is a weekly program where residents gather to sing their favorite hymns with their friends and neighbors.

Bible Study is scheduled weekly throughout the winter months.

Seminars for residents and staff are periodically scheduled to provide information on relevant topics such as grief support.

Memorial services can be planned with the assistance of the Spiritual Care Director for those families wishing to have a memorial within our facility.

WMSCI has a full time Spiritual Care Director who is responsible to coordinate and develop programs, and is also available to meet with residents, families and staff as requested.
