Overnight Universal Worker
Lindenwood Retirement Living provides housing, recreation, and social services to Seniors in a caring Christian Environment. COVID-19 vaccines are proven to be effective and are the best available means to ensure the protections of our communities. Vaccination against COVID-19 is a condition of employment for all staff at Lindenwoods unless the employee can provide proof of a legitimate exemption (i.e. Government approved medical exemption). Although boosters are not required at this time we highly recommend all staff receive their booster as soon as they are eligible.
We are currently seeking a Full Time Overnight Universal Worker
Depending on the successful applicant shifts will either be Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday 11pm to 7am.
Please note this is a STAY AWAKE position

About the Role
– Respond to building and resident medical emergencies
– Conduct resident wellness checks as directed
– Set up and take down of event spaces
– Do nightly rounds of buildings to ensure everything is secured.
– Monitor security cameras for any out of the ordinary activity
What you will bring to the role
– HCA Certificate an Asset
– Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and learn from people of all ages and cultures
– A servant attitude, willing to go above and beyond when needed
– The ability to complete assigned tasks within tight time frames

Pay: $20.22-$21.59 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Screening
We will ask you for references and those will be checked. We require all employees submit a current (within last six months) Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Person’s Search, this is at the employee’s cost.
